Serviced apartment rates in Angeles City.
Every rate is all-inclusive except electricity. The longer the lease, the lower the monthly figure — and every deposit is refundable.
Monthly rates
One price, everything included.
Housekeeping, fibre internet, IPTV, water, maintenance and association fees are all in the monthly rate. Electricity is the only thing billed separately, at metered use.

Stays under six months are considered on direct enquiry. Short stays run through our Airbnb listings, and the move-in calculator on the home page totals any combination of apartment, lease length and start date.

What you pay on day one.
One month in advance, applied to your first month, plus a two-month deposit and a ₱15,000 security deposit. Both deposits are returned in full at the end of the lease. Figures below are for a 12-month lease.

The fine print, in plain words
Included in every lease
- Cleaning two or three times per week, including cleaning products
- Converge fibre internet at 100 Mbps+
- IPTV with live sports, Netflix, Disney+, HBO, Prime, Discovery and worldwide channels
- Water up to 10 cu.m. per month
- Air-conditioning cleaning and pest control, each twice per year
- Association fees, building maintenance and 24/7 security
Electricity
Electricity is billed on actual consumption. Lease residents simply pay the bills received from the electric provider — no markup and no estimates. Short stays booked through Airbnb are charged at ₱14.95 per kWh.
Payment and timing
- We accept GCash, bank transfer and Wise-to-Wise transfers
- Check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 12 noon
- Leases run six, twelve or twenty-four months; month-to-month stays are considered on direct enquiry
- Rates shown are indicative and confirmed in your lease
