Convenience stores are one to five minutes away, supermarkets and SM City Clark about ten. Laundry services are a short walk, five gyms and fitness centres are within ten minutes, and money changers handling USD, EUR, JPY and KRW cluster near Fields Avenue. GCash is accepted almost everywhere, and Wise is the easiest way to move money from abroad — both are payment methods we accept for rent.

Food and evenings out

The restaurants and cafés near the building cover Thai, Italian, grills and brunch, with SM City Clark's dining floors ten minutes on foot. Walking Street on Fields Avenue — the city's nightlife strip — is a fourteen-minute walk: close enough to enjoy, far enough that the residence stays quiet.

Safety and quiet

Leticia Suites is a gated residence with security at the front gate 24/7, CCTV across communal areas and a strict no-ID, no-entry policy. Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM, and the building attracts residents rather than partygoers. In the interest of transparency: the Kandi Opal is under construction next door, so daytime building noise can be heard from time to time.

What it costs

At Leticia Suites a furnished one-bedroom starts at ₱33,900 per month on a 24-month lease and a two-bedroom at ₱41,900, with housekeeping, fibre internet, IPTV, water and maintenance included. Electricity is the only extra, paid at the actual metered bill. Full figures are on the rates page.

Weather

Expect a tropical climate: a dry season from roughly November to April and a wet season from May to October, with temperatures in the high twenties to mid-thirties year round. Inverter air conditioning and silent ceiling fans in every apartment keep it comfortable.
