Leticia Suites ("we", "us") is operated by Saint Vincent Phil-Realty & Development Corp. (SEC Registration No. CS201112969, TIN 008-422-993), Leticia Suites Condominium, Leticia Street, Malabanias, Angeles City, Pampanga 2009, Philippines. This notice explains what personal data we collect through leticiasuites.com, why, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, mobile number, preferred apartment, dates, length of stay and message — used solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your stay.
• Direct messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp, your number and messages are processed by WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy policy.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operation of the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data, run advertising or profiling, or set tracking cookies of our own. Your enquiry details are used to reply to you and, if you book, to prepare your stay — nothing else.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies itself. One functional preference (your cookie choice) is stored in your browser's local storage. The embedded Google Map may set Google's own cookies; it loads only after you accept, or when you click "Load map". See Google's privacy policy. Links to Airbnb, Google Maps and Grab lead to third-party services governed by their own policies.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting stay, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

Sharing

Your data is processed by our email and hosting providers as necessary to operate the site, and is not otherwise shared except where the law requires.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by contacting us at admin@leticiasuites.com or on WhatsApp at 0962 540 2864. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
