This apartment was super luxurious and nice. Incredibly clean and comfy… After 6 months of traveling South East Asia, this was the nicest place I stayed. Highly highly recommended.
Exceptional stay, top location, and impeccable service. I don't think even in luxury hotels there is a similar service. Cleaning and apartment facilities are immaculate.
The communication was flawless — fast, clear, and genuinely friendly… I genuinely felt supported and warmly welcomed throughout. Crista and her team are a perfect example of what great hosting should look like.
Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room… very spacious: about double the size of a standard hotel room for its similar price. One can see that the owners put in a lot of investment and work into the rooms.
I'd venture to say this is one of the best Airbnbs in the city. It's in a great location, it's new and modern, super clean, and the hosts are absolutely amazing.
The amenities were well equipped and the bedding was in good condition, so it was as comfortable as a 5-star hotel… the cleanliness was the best. This is my second stay, and if I go to Clark again next time, I will stay here again.
Very nice condo away from all the noise… Space is clean and nice with comfortable beds… Would definitely recommend for a quiet holiday with family.
Stayed a month. Wifi was great. A consistent cleaning schedule… No insects. Plenty of closet space… I look forward to staying there the next time I get to Angeles City.

What is the minimum rental period?
Our standard leases run six or twelve months. Month-to-month stays are considered on direct enquiry, and short stays are handled through our Airbnb listings.
What do the rates include?
Housekeeping two or three times per week, Converge fibre internet at 100 Mbps+, IPTV with major streaming services, water up to 10 cu.m. per month, air-conditioning cleaning and pest control twice per year, and association fees. Electricity is billed separately at metered consumption.
How do the deposits work?
Two months' deposit and a ₱15,000 security deposit, both fully refundable, plus one month in advance which is applied to your first month's rent.
What are the house rules?
- No smoking inside the units — smoking is allowed outside the main door, back door and on balconies
- No parties or gatherings
- No pets
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Swimming pool hours: 8 AM to 8 PM
- No ID, no entry — all guests and visitors are logged and must present a valid ID; CCTV covers all communal areas and security is stationed at the front gate 24/7
- Occupancy: one-bedroom units accommodate a maximum of 2 guests plus 2 registered visitors; two-bedroom limits are provided on enquiry
Is Leticia Suites quiet?
Generally speaking, yes — quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM are enforced, and the building attracts residents rather than partygoers. In the interest of transparency: the new Kandi Opal is under construction next door, so building noise can be heard from time to time. Its intensity varies, but so far it has not been overwhelming, and we hope it will stay that way for the foreseeable future.
Can you arrange airport pickup?
Yes — private transfers from Clark (from ₱750) and Manila, any terminal (from ₱4,500). Mention your flight details in the enquiry and a car will be waiting. Full rates are in the Airport transfers section.
Do you have a gym?
Not on site — but several gyms and fitness centres sit within a short walk, at very reasonable rates: roughly ₱150–500 per day or ₱1,200–2,500 per month. Weekly memberships are also available, and prices vary by gym. You can browse them in the Neighbourhood section above.
Is parking available?
On-site parking is reserved for long-term tenancies of six months or more. For shorter stays we offer supervised street parking outside the building. Parking — whether on-site or street — is provided without guarantee of any kind, though our CCTV coverage remains operational at all times. Let us know in your enquiry if you are bringing a vehicle.
